MAJOITUKSEN VARAUS- JA PERUUTUSEHDOT
Varaajan on oltava täysi-ikäinen.
Asiakkaan tulee maksaa varausmaksu (30 %) lomakohteen vuokraustilille heti varattaessa ja loppumaksu kuukautta ennen vuokra-aikaa. Mikäli vuokraus ajankohtaan on alle kuukausi niin maksetaan koko vuokrasumma.
Varaus katsotaan sitovaksi silloin, kun se on vahvistettu ja asiakas on saanut varausnumeron suullisesti, kirjallisesti tai varausjärjestelmän kautta. Varauksen yhteydessä asiakkaan on annettava seuraavat tiedot: nimi, osoite, saapumis- ja lähtöpäivämäärä, sekä maksutapa.
Peruutukset on tehtävä kirjallisesti Säynäniemen leirintäalueelle. Laskun maksamatta jättäminen ei ole hyväksyttävä peruutusmuoto. Peruutus katsotaan tapahtuneeksi sillä hetkellä, jolloin tieto on tullut Säynäniemen leirintäalueelle. Peruutus on aina tehtävä sähköpostilla osoitteeseen saynaniemi.camping@gmail.com.
Varauksen peruuttamisesta pidätetään varausmaksu (30%). Mikäli varauksen peruutus tapahtuu myöhemmin kuin 7 vrk ennen loman alkua, veloitetaan koko vuokra.
Jos vuokrauskohdetta ei oteta vastaan tai se otetaan vastaan myöhästyneenä, asiakkaalla ei ole oikeutta vuokran palautukseen. Jos asiakas keskeyttää varauksensa ja poistuu lomakohteesta ennen vuokra-ajan päättymistä, ei käyttämättä jääneeltä ajalta makseta korvausta eikä asiakas ole oikeutettu vuokranpalautukseen.
Vuokranantajan oikeus peruuttaa varaus
Mikäli kyseessä on ylivoimainen este (force majore), vuokranantaja voi peruuttaa varauksen. Asiakkaalla on tällöin oikeus saada maksamansa summa takaisin kokonaisuudessaan. Jos varaus joudutaan keskeyttämään asiakkaan häiriökäyttäytymisen takia, niin maksuja ei palauteta.
Mikäli asiakas ei hoida maksuja ajallaan, voi vuokranantaja peruuttaa varauksen ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.
Tulo- ja lähtöaika
Leirintämökit ovat käytössä tulopäivänä klo 15 alkaen ja luovutus lähtöpäivän klo 12 mennessä. Vaunu- ja asuntoautopaikat ovat käytössä tulopäivänä klo 15 alkaen ja luovutus lähtöpäivän klo 13 mennessä.
Saapumatta jättäminen
Mikäli asiakas jää saapumatta, Säynäniemen leirintäalueella on oikeus veloittaa häneltä varaus kokonaisuudessaan.
Lisätietoja
Majoitustilan edellytetään asiakkaan lähtiessä olevan normaalin asumisen jäljiltä. Huonekalut ja muut varusteet ovat paikoillaan ja ehjinä, roskat vietyinä, astiat pestyinä sekä käytetyt liinavaatteet poistettuina sängyistä. Mikäli varauksen päättyessä majoitustilan siisteys ei vastaa edellä esitettyä, veloitetaan ylimääräisestä siivouksesta 50 euron lisämaksu.
Tupakointi on kaikissa sisätiloissa ehdottomasti kielletty. Säynäniemen leirintäalue ei vastaa edellisen asiakkaan luvattomasta tupakoinnista, eläinpölystä tai edellisen asiakkaan käyttämistä hajusteista aiheutuneista allergia tms. ongelmista asiakkaille.
Säynäniemen leirintäalue ei vastaa asiakkaiden tavaroista ja esineistä.
Sähkö-/hybridiautojen lataaminen on kielletty.
Alueella on hiljaisuus klo 23–06. Tänä aikana asiakkaiden tulee välttää häiriön aiheuttamista. Mikäli asiakkaan toimesta aiheutuu häiriötä muille asiakkaille, on majoittajalla / vartiointiyrityksellä oikeus poistaa asiakas alueelta.
Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa varaus- ja peruutusehtojamme. Asiakkaan on ennen varausta tutustuttava kulloinkin voimassa oleviin varaus- ja peruutusehtoihin ja hyväksyttävä ne. Säynäniemen leirintäalue käsittelee kaikki asiakastiedot täysin luottamuksellisesti.
Mökin/sähköpaikan/telttapaikan vuokrannut on velvollinen korvaamaan majoituskohteelle tai sen irtaimistolle tahallisesti tai tahattomasti aiheutuneet vahingot.
Siltä osin kuin ehdoissa ei muuta määritellä noudatetaan MaRa ry:n yleisiä varaus- ja peruutusehtoja.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
The person making the booking must be of legal age.
The customer must pay a booking fee (30%) to the rental account immediately upon booking, and the remaining balance one month before the rental period. If the booking is made less than a month before the rental period, the full rental amount must be paid.
A booking is considered binding once it has been confirmed and the customer has received a booking number verbally, in writing, or through the booking system. When booking, the customer must provide the following information: name, address, arrival and departure dates, and payment method.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Säynäniemi Camping. Failure to pay an invoice is not an accepted form of cancellation. A cancellation is considered to have taken place at the moment the notice reaches Säynäniemi Camping. Cancellations must always be sent by email to saynaniemi.camping@gmail.com.
The booking fee (30%) is retained in the event of cancellation. If the cancellation is made later than 7 days before the start of the holiday, the full rental amount will be charged.
If the rented accommodation is not taken into use, or is taken into use late, the customer is not entitled to a refund. If the customer interrupts their stay and leaves the accommodation before the end of the rental period, no compensation is paid for the unused time and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Landlord's right to cancel the booking
In the event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the booking. In this case the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If a booking has to be terminated due to disruptive behaviour by the customer, no refunds will be given.
If the customer fails to make payments on time, the landlord may cancel the booking without separate notice.
Arrival and departure time
Camping cabins are available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day and must be handed over by 12:00 noon on the departure day. Caravan and motorhome pitches are available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day and must be handed over by 1:00 PM on the departure day.
No-show
If the customer fails to arrive, Säynäniemi Camping has the right to charge the full booking amount.
Additional information
Upon the customer's departure, the accommodation is expected to be in a normally lived-in condition. Furniture and other equipment must be in place and undamaged, rubbish taken out, dishes washed, and used bed linen removed from the beds. If the cleanliness of the accommodation does not meet this standard at the end of the booking, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces. Säynäniemi Camping is not responsible for allergy or similar problems caused to customers by unauthorized smoking, pet dander, or fragrances left by a previous customer.
Säynäniemi Camping is not responsible for customers' belongings and property.
Charging of electric/hybrid vehicles is prohibited.
Quiet hours apply from 11 PM to 6 AM. During this time customers must avoid causing disturbance. If a customer causes disturbance to other customers, the accommodation provider / security company has the right to remove the customer from the area.
We reserve the right to change our booking and cancellation terms. Before booking, the customer must review and accept the booking and cancellation terms in force at that time. Säynäniemi Camping treats all customer information as strictly confidential.
The renter of the cabin/electricity pitch/tent pitch is liable to compensate for any damage, whether intentional or unintentional, caused to the accommodation or its furnishings.
Unless otherwise specified in these terms, the general booking and cancellation terms of MaRa ry (the Finnish Hospitality Association) apply.
